Nature of the Service
Bóveda is a classified ads platform that allows watch and jewelry sellers to list their products for potential buyers in the Dominican Republic.
Bóveda does NOT process payments for listed products. It does not act as a financial intermediary, custodian, escrow service, or payment processor between buyers and sellers.
The platform only charges for: (a) listing visibility (pay-per-listing) and (b) store subscriptions. These payments are exclusively for the use of platform services.
Transactions Between Users
All product purchase-sale transactions are conducted directly between the buyer and seller, outside the platform, through WhatsApp, phone, or other direct contact methods.
Bóveda does not participate in negotiation, price agreement, payment method, delivery, or any other aspect of user-to-user transactions.
Liability Limitations
- Authenticity: Bóveda does not guarantee the authenticity, quality, or condition of listed products.
- Disputes: The platform is not responsible for disputes, claims, or disagreements between buyers and sellers.
- Delivery: Bóveda does not offer shipping, logistics, or product delivery services.
- User-to-user payments: The platform is not responsible for fraud, scams, or payment defaults between users.
- Losses: Bóveda is not liable for financial losses arising from transactions between users.
Moderation and Verification
Bóveda moderates listings and offers store verification as trust measures. However, moderation does not constitute a guarantee regarding products or sellers.
Users can report suspicious listings. The Bóveda team reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate platform rules.
