Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bóveda, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of them, you must not use the platform.
Service Description
Bóveda provides a classified ads platform for watches and jewelry. The service allows sellers to list their products and buyers to find items of interest.
The platform does NOT act as a party in any purchase-sale transaction. Users contact and negotiate directly with each other via WhatsApp or phone.
Payments to the Platform
The only payments processed by Bóveda are: (a) listing fees for ad visibility, and (b) monthly store subscriptions. These payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Any payment for listed products is made directly between buyer and seller, outside the platform, and under their sole responsibility.
User Obligations
- Provide truthful and accurate information in listings.
- Do not list products of illegal or dubious origin.
- Respect community guidelines and treat other users professionally.
- Maintain account security and do not share credentials.
- Comply with Dominican Republic laws applicable to the purchase and sale of luxury goods.
Intellectual Property
Platform content (design, brand, text) is the property of Bóveda. Product images and descriptions are the responsibility of the users who publish them.
Suspension and Termination
Bóveda reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, publish fraudulent or inappropriate content, or compromise platform security.
Modifications
Bóveda may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to users. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
